Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate
Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate (CAS: 79165-06-3) is a licorice-derived sweetener and anti-inflammatory supplied as a white to pale yellow powder, freely soluble in water.

Food and pharmaceutical grades are 98% or higher with controlled heavy metals, packed in drums or bags.
